We've now completed our black and white project. My design was heavily influenced by Issey Miyake, my outcome featured lots of intricate pleats and folds. Whilst researching for this project I also came across the work of Dale Chihuly, a glass artist whose work resembled the technique i was using. I found this broadened my research, and also led me to look at how architecture can influence form and structure in fashion.
