At the start of this term we've been introduced to Buying and merchandising. It's nice to have a change from being in the studio and I found it really interesting. I didn't really know what to expect and always thought that I would prefer design, but the first few lectures have definitely opened my mind. We've already been given our assignment to do a study of a shop which is something that I'm looking forward to. We've also been introduced to Lectra which has been quite confusing. I think it will take me a lot longer to adjust to, but having time to play around and experiment with it has been useful. Already seems like there's going to be a lot more work to balance this term!!
